1- one the device
2- via setting menu
On your iPhone or iPad - if it’s an iPhone 8 or newer, the model number is on the SIM card trade and iPhone 7 or earlier, the model number will be located toward the bottom of the back frame
- if you have iPad , model number will be located toward the bottom of the back frame.
Find the model number if the iPhone or iPad are able to turn on: - Browse to settings > general > about > model
- also some iOS versions display the model name, which might be all you need to know ( for example iPhone 11)
